We select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized individually just for you! All items are inspected for quality and accuracy before being shipped to you or someone special.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there has been a manufacturing error or product defect, in which case we will gladly remedy our mistake. We are unable to resell items that have been personalized with an ambigram, and therefore personalized items are non-returnable. All sales of personalized gifts are final.
In the (rare) event of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item for an identical, non-defective item. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Understandably, with the manufacturing of on-demand products like those here on FlipScript.com, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
