You cant just download an ambigram font, since there would be no way to type what you wish to make at a keyboard (remember that one word is upside-down and reversed). Plus, the ambigram creator has literally thousands and thousands of characters in its 'Font', way more than a typical font.
However, just because an ambigram font is impossible, doesn't mean that you can't create an ambigram. You just need a more sophisticated way to do it... and we just happen to have the way!
